Imagine your journey in Mexico City.

Two hundred meters from Casa Polanco, the Simon Bolivar Obelisk marks the entrance to one of the city's most beautiful areas. An outdoor amphitheater, the start of a walk in an oasis of trees and plants that give life to this city area. Inside the park, the Angela Peralta Theater is at one of the extremes. Music and event lovers can walk to the National Auditorium to experience world-class shows.

Two blocks away, the glamorous and vibrant Avenida Presidente Masaryk is a stroll through the world's most prestigious stores and boutiques and Mexico's fashion, gastronomy, and lifestyle hotspot.

On the other end of the avenue, one of Latin America's oldest forests, the Bosque de Chapultepec, is natural heaven placed in the middle of the city.

Iconic Paseo de la Reforma connects Polanco with La Condesa and La Roma, two stylish neighborhoods with great personality.

RESTORATION AND DESIGN

The desire to preserve the house's 1940s architecture is the origin of Casa Polanco. The National Institute of Fine Arts cataloged the house as of great historical and architectural value. The splendor of the original construction with modern interventions and a contemporary building intertwine to create a fascinating architectural dialogue of materials and style.

Guests will inhabit Mexico City in complete privacy while being in the cultural, social, and gastronomic heart of the metropolis.

After a careful 4-year restoration by renowned architect Claudio Gantous, with the intervention of the interior design CASA M+M at the helm, Casa Polanco welcomes guests who love design, cosmopolitans, and those looking for a local experience of great taste.

Casa Polanco celebrates contemporary Mexico and the present day of its capital city, the inspiration for its interior design created by the best cabinetmakers, sculptors, and designers.
